FND Connect Constitution
Our governing document: objects, powers, governance structure, financial rules, the voluntary asset lock and our plan for future incorporation.
We believe the organisations people trust with their support should be open about how they are run. This is our full governance suite, published in plain English and free to read or download.
FND Connect is an unincorporated non-profit organisation established for public benefit, supporting people affected by Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), their families and carers. We are governed by a Management Committee and operate under a voluntary asset lock, meaning our funds and assets are permanently dedicated to our charitable purpose and are never distributed for private profit.
We are on a journey towards a formal incorporated structure (such as a Community Interest Company or Charitable Incorporated Organisation). To prepare for that, and to hold ourselves to the standards beneficiaries and funders should expect, we have adopted a full suite of governance documents.
Every document below is a controlled document approved by the Management Committee. You can read each one in full on this site, or download the original signed PDF.
